Our Process

Slow Down

We begin by stepping back and defining a realistic, structured path aligned with your background and objectives.

We identify where you already perform strongly and where focused effort will have the greatest impact, then build from there.

Individual Study Plan

You are an active participant in the process. We teach corporate finance beyond standard academic coverage.

Our curriculum is established and rigorous, but adapted precisely to what you need to progress efficiently.

Interview Prep

We provide intensive interview preparation, including mock interviews, technical testing, financial modelling, and commercial case work.

When interviews begin, the format and expectations will already be familiar.

Win and Repeat

Achieving one objective creates the foundation for the next. We can continue to support you beyond the initial outcome.

The focus is not only securing a role, but building a durable and credible career.

  • "My trainer and advisor is incredibly dedicated and genuinely knowledgeable. The way he explains things helped me understand in weeks what I couldn’t get my head around over months in my bachelor’s. When we first met, I didn’t even know what EBITDA was, and he still took me on. Since then, I’ve been building LBO models and working through due-diligence style cases I never thought I’d be able to handle. His guidance genuinely changed what I believed I was capable of."

  • “Rather than pushing a predefined or ‘popular’ career path, the focus was on identifying what I was genuinely good at and building around that. The process helped me maximise my strengths instead of forcing myself into a mould that didn’t fit, and encouraged me to think long-term about what I actually want, not just what looks good in the short run.”

  • "I had some finance experience before G2G, but it wasn’t really the right kind for the jobs I was aiming for. I came from more of a mixed background including hospitality and running a small business. What helped was how personal it all was. We worked directly on my CV, did exercises that actually matched my story, and I got written guides just for my niche. It never felt generic. I learned finance from what I knew for years already, which made it super effective and also fun."

Transparent and Individual Model

G2G Advisory Limited is built around a simple idea:

We succeed when our clients do.

To get started, clients pay an upfront onboarding fee, which covers the initial delivery of our educational and career-preparation support. From there, the structure of each engagement is designed to align incentives over time.

In some cases, additional fees become payable if clearly defined outcomes are achieved. Where this applies, those outcomes, fee mechanics, and any caps or time limits are set out transparently in a written agreement agreed in advance.

This approach allows clients to access substantial support without committing to an open-ended hourly model, while ensuring that G2G remains closely aligned with their progress.

Our services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not act as an employment agency, do not place candidates with employers, and cannot guarantee any job or income outcome. Full commercial terms are set out in the individual client agreement.

Is G2G for me?

G2G is for people who are willing to commit consistent time and follow a structured programme.

We start by benchmarking your current level against our full curriculum, then tailor the order, emphasis, and depth to your goals and timeline. We keep measuring progress throughout, so you always know exactly where you stand.

Examples of who typically benefits most

  • Career switchers who need a complete rebuild from “three statements” to modelling and interview execution.

  • Students / early-career analysts who know the theory but need speed, structure, and professional standards.

  • Candidates targeting specific teams (e.g., TMT, Industrials) who need sector lens + modelling + interview readiness.

What the standard programme looks like

  • 50 modules total: 45 technical + 5 interview-prep

  • Time per module: plan for ~4 hours on average

  • Total workload (typical): ~200 hours end-to-end (50 × 4)

Examples of what modules in practice

  • Accounting foundations: linking P&L / BS / cash flow; working capital mechanics; leases (IFRS 16) and how they affect EV/EBITDA and net debt.

  • Modelling craft: clean model design (inputs, checks, error traps), scenario work, and an end-to-end operating model.

  • Valuation & bridges: comps selection, EV-to-equity bridges (including complexities), DCF mechanics and interpretation.

  • Deal skills: LBO basics/advanced toggles; M&A pro-forma and accretion/dilution; debt sizing and covenant thinking.

  • Professional execution: update emails, reviewer-friendly outputs, and “why” explanations under time pressure.

How you’ll know it’s working

  • Clear baseline at the outset: you’re assessed against the same module standards used throughout.

  • Ongoing progress checks: each module has explicit coverage targets and exercises, so progress is measurable.

  • Transparent gaps and next steps: you will always have a current “what’s done / what’s next / what’s weak” view.

Note: outcomes depend on the candidate and market conditions; no job offer or interview outcome is guaranteed.
